here is the new addition to the Davis household - Max. he is an English springer spaniel, 10 weeks old. we picked him up yesterday and he has sttled in so well. he is so cute! Bubble (the cat) isn't so sure and keeps looking at him from afar!

Luke's 12th birthday

Luke was 12 in September (oops meant to blog this before now!) - where has the time gone? here he is with his birthday cake and the fez he got for his birthday. he wanted a fez after seeing Matt Smith wearing one in Dctor Who!!

Oliver's first cup of tea!

Oliver has been wanting to learn how to make a cup of tea for ages and I thought now was about the right time (he will be 10 in November) and he would be able to manage the kettle OK. he was so pleased with himself when he had made it and now keeps asking me if he can make me a cup of tea! for the first few days he would bring me a cup of tea in bed in the morning!!

geocaching

OH has just discovered geocaching and has 'encouraged' us to go and look for the caches! we have done a few so far and it is a good way to get the boys walking in the countryside. here is a photo of one the boys found.
